The problem with CAL (in-game support didn't help)

I have the problem with CAL (Compartmental Access Level) with one of my portals, which I tried to charge. Many times before messaging with in-game support in appropriate form helped me to solve my problem, but in the end - they didn't help me.

In-game support tell me a

gain and again that "After reviewing your Compartmental Access, the NIA has determined that you HAVE the appropriate CAL for you Scanner..."

But I still can't charge my portal - with the same error message - "my CAL is low" (you can see screenshot's below).


Time is running, and I have only 1-2 days before my portal completely discharged. Because of the war in Ukraine I now live too far from the portal and I now can’t get there again


Please help me to charge my portal.
