Error when trying to subscribe to CORE

I'm trying to subscribe to CORE for the first time and get this "no internet connection" error. This happens when I select "Subscribe" and input either my fingerprint or password. It happens on both wifi and 5G and there is no problem with my connection otherwise. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22+ with Android 13. I've already tried restarting my phone. Could someone help me get this subscription?
