On low XM player can operate drone to portal. Glyph hack requires additional XM. If not enough XM for glyph hack, hack fails silently.
expected behaviour is not to allow glyph hack due to low XM in drone mode.
repro: have XM low, enough for drone move but not enough for glyph hack. Perform drone move. Observe ability to do glyph hack even with not enough XM. Perform glyph hack. Observe no bonus, hack fail silently.

Very long-standing issue, this one. However the fail is not totally silent - you should get a brief toast message in red. Easy to miss though, as it disappears too quickly.
