SBUL link defense boost error

long story short. I was going to apply a SBUL to a portal and saw that it gave +2x link defense boost and not the 1.5 that I remembered.

I was unsure so I bit the bullet and applied it to the portal and it now reads 1.5

not a huge thing but still confusing.
