New badge for anniversary in store not showing up on profile page

I purchased the new anniversary badge from the store. I received all the gear, but did not receive the badge. Please help


Also, making it easier to report a bug would be greatly appreciated.

  • In your screenshot, I can see the NL-1331 2022 X Series medal that you purchased with your NL-1331 X Series Digital Kit in the in-game Store on your Agent Profile. It's 9 rows down, 3 to the right.

    Just a heads up that the Year 11 medal is granted automatically at the end of the Year 11 event. Thank you for your support.
