The newest Ingress update introduced a new banner for CORE. According to Chinese Agents, the phrase "卡內基美隆大學" translates to Carnegie Mellon University, which is a University in Pittsburgh, PA who has the shortened name "CMU".

The correct translation is "混沌物質" or, as the Chinese support articles show, simply left untranslated as CMU.
