Hello, NIA.
The new agent system has been updated. I am part of the recruitment team striving to contact new agents and provide assistance. Currently, the mechanism for new agents requires reaching Level 4 before naming their agent. However, before obtaining the official name, '@Agent-xxxxxxx', they cannot be tagged correctly through the faction channels. This hinders immediate communication with new agents, impacting our recruitment efforts. Will the official system be adjusted to allow them to be tagged properly? This will enable enthusiastic recruiters like us to efficiently tag '@Agent-xxxxxxx' and share recruitment information.

maybe its better allow them finish tutorial first?
Some new players might have left before completing the beginner training.
