[2.128.1] Map doesn't load correctly when co-located portals are in view

Agent @Gewitter2205 posted a thread on the forum saying that he had problems with seeing certain portals in the vicinity of where he took a screenshot since 2021.
After a bit of investigating, it looks like there are two portals at the exact same location there, "Schloss Klippenstein" and "Planetenweg Sonne" at 51.118863, 13.925129. I and two other agents tried to check the portal via a remote view link and also noticed that the surrounding portals and links didn't load correctly, so it doesn't seem to be a case of bad reception or phone errors. The only thing out of the ordanary in the vicinity are these two colocated portals, so I assume thats the likely culprit.
This problem is also present when trying to view nearby portals while the colocated portals are in view. Looking at nearby portals when the colocated portals are out of view though does not trigger the problem.
I have already requested a move of the Portal "Planetenweg Sonne" via the Wayfarer chat as it is a few meters off, but it might be worth to investigate why the Scanner has problems loading the map due to colocated Portals anyway.
