Happy Birthday Cassiopeia42
The constellation Cassiopeia consists of many stars, but it is known as the celestial W, which can be seen through 5 stars throughout the year. The constellation is the namesake for Ralph, RES agent @Cassiopeia42 from the Münster area. He is well known in many communities. In early September, it became known to some fellow members of the Bremen community that Ralph was seriously ill with cancer and that the diagnosis did not give much hope for recovery. @Stiegl and I thought about if and how a small action by fellow players could be a dear greeting for him. Cassiopeia42's brother, @Agent2and40, informed us shortly after, that Ralph will celebrate his 58th birthday on 11. October 2023. So the date was found and also the idea to recreate the constellation Cassiopeia with link stars on the Intel. Now the remaining question was: how big. Thanks to a good connection between the individual communities in Lower Saxony, Göttingen and Hannover agreed to participate in the constellation. Thus three locations were fixed and only two more had to be found. These were quickly determined, since the sky W has its own shape. Warmsen and Sögel were the suitable places. Local agents farmed the keys for the link stars. Through the inquiries and planning, the home community of Münster also learned of Ralph's acute condition and they also decided to help to build the constellation in Münster, and the keys were farmed and planned accordingly.
Other communities were also informed about the birthday, so that the players who know Ralph, can send him a message via Comm. These messages have reached as far as Australia.

Due to the information that Ralphs vision got limited, so he couldn't see properly anymore because of the tumor, a TG was set up by me, where other players could leave him birthday greetings and memories. @Agent2and40 promised to read out loud every greeting to Ralph and to describe every picture that is sent. Many thanks for that @Agent2and40.
Between planning the action and RL, I still felt the need to create something to touch. This gave me the idea to create a patch for @Casssiopeia42 and the actors. The first one was ready in time, so that @Agent2and40 could give it to Ralph on his birthday.
A request to Niantic for a birthday and action beacon has been forwarded to the appropriate department by support, but so far it has not been decided.

Das Sternbild Cassiopeia besteht aus vielen Sternen, bekannt ist es jedoch als das Himmels-W, welches durch 5 Sterne im ganzen Jahr zu sehen ist. Das Sternbild ist Namensgeber für Ralph, RES-Agent @Cassiopeia42 aus dem Bereich Münster. Er ist in vielen Communities bekannt. Anfang September wurde vereinzelten Mitspielern der Bremer Community bekannt, dass Ralph schwer an Krebs erkrankt ist und die Diagnose nicht viel Hoffnung auf Genesung gibt. @Stiegl und ich überlegten, ob und wie eine kleine Aktion durch Mitspieler einen lieben Gruß für ihn darstellen könnte. Cassiopeia42s Bruder, @Agent2and40, teilte uns kurz darauf mit, dass Ralph am 11.10.2023 seinen 58. Geburtstag feiern wird. Damit war der Termin gefunden und auch die Idee, das Sternbild Cassiopeia mit Linksternen auf der Intel nachzubauen. Jetzt stellte sich nur noch die Frage, wie groß. Dank einer guten Verknüpfung zwischen den einzelnen niedersächsischen Communities sagten Göttingen und Hannover zu, bei dem Sternbild mitzumachen. Damit standen drei Orte fest und es mussten nur noch zwei weitere gefunden werden. Diese standen schnell fest, da das Himmels-W seine eigene Form hat. Warmsen und Sögel waren die passenden Orte. Örtliche Agents haben die Schlüssel für die Linksterne gefarmt. Durch die Anfragen und Planung erfuhr auch die Home-Community Münster von dem akuten Zustand Ralphs und sie entschlossen sich ebenfalls in Münster das Sternbild mit nachzubauen und es wurde entsprechend geplant und Schlüssel gefarmt.
Es wurden auch andere Communities über den Geburtstag informiert, damit die Mitspieler, welche Ralph kennen, ihm über die Comm eine Nachricht zukommen lassen können. Diese sind bis nach Australien gelangt.
Die regionalen ENL-Communities wurden durch Hoshinumberone, Hannover, über die Ereignisse informiert, so dass auch die Aktionen offen für Ralph durchgeführt werden konnten. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!
Aufgrund der Information, dass Ralph wegen des Tumors nicht mehr richtig sehen konnte, wurde durch mich ein TG eingerichtet, in welchem andere Mitspieler ihm Geburtstagsgrüße und Erinnerungen da lassen konnten. @Agent2and40 sicherte zu, Ralph jeden Gruß vorzulesen und jedes Bild zu beschreiben, welches gesendet wird. Vielen lieben Dank dafür @Agent2and40.
Zwischen der Planung der Aktion und RL war es mir noch ein Bedürfnis, etwas zum Anfassen zu kreieren. Dabei entstand die Idee, ein Patch für @Casssiopeia42 und die Akteure entstehen zu lassen. Das erste Exemplar war auch passig fertig, so dass @Agent2and40 es Ralph zum Geburtstag überreichen konnte.
Eine Anfrage bei Niantic für ein Beacon zum Geburtstag und für die Aktion ist zwar durch den Support an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet wurden, aber bis jetzt wurde diese nicht entschieden.
