Inaccurate required lvl for portal contributions displayed

when looking at a portal continuations page and clicking on a grayed out option if the user is under lvl 10 but lvl 8 or above a box will open stating that the user needs to be lvl 8 and complete wayfarer training. When clicking the embedded link and logging in it states that the user needs to be lvl 10 not lvl 8.

to re-create:

be lvl 1-9

1. Tap on portal
2. Tap on portals picture in the top right corner
3. tap the 3 dots in the top right corner
4. tap any “Edit” or “add” function (examples:”EDIT TITLE”)
5. note required lvl
6. tap Embedded link
7. login
8. be denied due to being under lvl 10
9. be confused why information in the scanner doesn’t match the rest of the internet

It was raised to Niantic about two month ago, but as far as we can tell, there has been no fix yet.
