When clicking on the Notifications Bell at the top of the screen

It produces an error at the bottom left corner of the screen

I noticed it when I was looking at the BUGS category. I was able to repeat it after refreshing the screen.

Posting here, not sure where else to post it.

Also, the new Following Feature, has blank pop up bubbles for either option. Does anyone test stuff before you deploy it?

    For me they are all broken now, i press and it shows nothing there?
