Second Common Kinetic Capsule, in app support couldn't solve.

I currently have 2 common kinetic capsules in my inventory. They each have a different ID number. I have been through the in app help twice, and they keep telling me that the issue is resolved, but I still have both capsules. This evening I moved to a new phone, with a fresh install of the app and I still have 2 common kinetic capsules.
I am happy to keep both if you want me to. :)

Try to get pictures of the capsules if they have different ID's on them and send then in here.
Also calling @NianticVK to wave the magic wand again.
I think we have made some progress with the In App support. With the last round of conversation it looks like they may be close to correcting the issue. If not, I will post the capsule photos in here. THANKS!

Hi @NianticVK , while I have you here, please see ticket #22865162 that I submitted on April 6th for the same issue.
Just another quick update. I still have both common kinetic capsules. The issue has been "addressed" and re-escalated since my post on the 14th. There is another agent in my area that has the same issue and has also failed to get it solved.
Today I started to have this issue too, when a second common kinetic capsule appeared in my account, both of them with different IDs. I seem to be going around in circles trying to use in-app help to report/get it resolved.
Yup. Another month gone, and still with the same issue. I have stopped trying. I will just let the second Kinetic Cap float in my inventory for now I guess.
Holey Moley! This issue has been fixed. I no longer have a second Kinetic Capsule. Mark this issue as CLOSED.
