Hi,
while monitoring Machina statistics it can be seen that there are still
Active Links: 5
Owned Portals 5959
These numbers have not changed since Sep. 19th 2023. As the "stuck" portals have been removed already, it would make sense to reset/fix that values before Machina returns.

They are starting spawn now again
