Well, 3 days latera and my Sojourner streak is 2. Looks like it did not count that one day. I hack once a day in the morning, sometimes before and sometimes after the 24-hour mark. My streak still went up regardless. The daily hack streak is also a day off. I know I hacked on the day that is missing.
Sojourner streak requires 2 Hacks, morning and after, every day. Not once a day
As it is counting when checking against UTC.
Also, because Ingress uses UTC for Sojourner, your nation/city may be observing daylight savings, or had finished daylight savings. Which means you could have easily glossed it wilheb this happens
My Sojourner count stopped. I hack 2 portals a day minimum (usually a bunch more). It was at 3132 days. No one else in the group lost their count (they have lost their at other times, but it doesn't co-inside with my loss date). Any way to fix it or at least find out what happened? Thanks
Sojourner counts 24 hour increments from the last time you hacked a portal. Even if you hack twice a day, depending on when you did it could still result in loss of Streak. For example, if you hacked at 8 am UTC and 12p UTC one day, then the next day didn't hack until 1p UTC your Streak would end because you didn't hack within 24 hours of the previous hack.
Again, Sojourner counts 24 hours from your last hack, not the 24 hours in a standard day. If you hacked today during the morning, then only hacked tomorrow afternoon, sorry but it's been more than 24 hours.
The recommendation is to hack in the morning and afternoon at a minimum, roughly 12 hours apart. One hack to tick up the count, the other to provide a buffer for the next day.

Try restarting the app,
Often the counter does not count up Sojourner at the same time as Hacker.
@NianticBrian it is an infuriating bug
My Sojourner is still going after 3129 days
If it really did stop counting, next question would be, did you hack twice a day for Sojourner, morning and evening?
every day is not enough,.
the epoch is once a day, sojourner is a hack every 24h max
so for example : if yesterday morning you hacked. and hack again tonight you lose it.

it was too long gap between hacks for sojourner just once isnt enough daily to be sure not lose it

Your hacking pattern probably have changed. Sucks to lose it over 3000+days but not much u can do about it since niantic doesnt restore sojourners....
You could raise a support ticket, if you have some traceability for when you were active, to prove you did hack every day.
Otherwise I know that it is a pain and a sore loss after working on it for so long
Recently my agent stats upload showed a Sojourner update of 4days within a 2hr upload period, it's possible its just delayed...
My Sojourner count stopped.
please teach me,how to fix.
I have been hacking portals everyday.
