Unkillable Machina Portal

I have come across a machina that is literally unkillable. I was standing right next to it, and the XMP bursts just phase right through the last to resonators. When attempting to use the Jarvis virus, I get a message that says "Target Portal Already Aligned" and a loot drop as if the portal was neutralized, but the last 2 red resonators stay on keeping the portal red. This effectively renders neutralizing the portal impossible. I have included a link to the video show the bug.
