Has anyone else had their scanner go to Change Faction Screens?
Has anyone else had their scanner go to change faction screen? I have gone to the Niantic help and they tell me just go ahead and select my current faction, but when I ask them am I going to lose my status and all my badges they haven't answered. I am afraid to do it. I am L15 with enough ap to go L16, I just need to finish another onyx. I have keys from around the world from Anamolies I have attended. I don't want to lose everything. Please, anyone with info????

Support is correct, you can just select your current faction and the scanner will error out and return you to the game. No progress will be lost. More information:
