Recursion Faction Change

I just hit 16 again and wanted to recurse to Resistance. I thought I hit it, but just stayed enlightened. Can someone tell me who I contact to change my faction through recursion? I am not starting over from scratch.

    I didn't get a choice to switch factions either when I recursed couple of weeks ago. Although I remember I had that choice on my first recursion.

    This is a known bug and is being looked into by the Ingress team.
