How to report these types of players/agents
Report them via the app under Help Centre.
We have been reporting a local agent for serveral months now. This weekend it was to expensive to use only 2 extra accounts so he tried 3 and lastly 4 extra accounts.. support says they have taken appropriate meassurements, but he doesnt stop.. 🤷♂️
for 10 years the community I'm part of has tried to report a player who has at least 10 multiple accounts and none of them has ever been banned. Something has to change :(
I've had agents show up that are clear parodies of my agent name, you think that would be an open and shut case to NIA support.
Best guess I've got, is that unless you go through a vanguard, NIA just runs off mass-reports or AI.
Either get x-fac to report them too, or just accept that it's considered normal gameplay to play against bots and find your own fun, or work out what annoys them and double down.
