Each month our First Saturday events travel the state of Utah highlighting some of the festivals and events that make Utah such an amazing place.
This month, we're featuring Thanksgiving Point’s annual Tulip Festival at the Ashton Gardens from April 7 to May 13!
Over 750,000 spring flowers, including tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, poppies, and more create the award-winning Tulip Festival – an unforgettable display of color and design through the 50-acre Ashton Gardens. Whether you’re celebrating spring with a general admission ticket or experiencing one of our curated packages, you won’t want to miss Utah’s favorite flower festival, only at Thanksgiving Point.
Giving Utahns the perfect way to start the spring season, the Tulip Festival imports several hundred thousand tulips every year straight from Holland to give visitors an unforgettable experience roaming through the flowers.
“This is definitely so unique, all the different displays we have,” says Amanda Lundberg, the Signature Experiences Manager at Thanksgiving Point. “We get over 300,000 tulip bulbs imported from the Netherlands every year, and we plant different displays every year. So even if you’ve been in the past, it’s going to look a little bit different.”

The Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival is located at the Ashton Gardens: 3900 N Garden Drive in Lehi. Admission is time-ticketed, so it’s recommended that visitors reserve their time slot in advance.
