We were told that there wouldn’t be any surprise events for Q1. We also didn’t get any new Halloween medal, so I don’t think these will come back this year unfortunately.
Also Niantic: we will only sell physical bundles that are a disaster in their own right and not actually do any in-game events or resell medals we did in the past. Oh and please go leave 5* reviews. Kthxbye

It appears so. Still, they were sold 2021 and 2022 and I got one each year, so I wanted to at least ask for them to appear again.
They did offer the Halloween badges anyways in the end. Probably see the same thing for the Earth Day one.
Suppose there isn't any better/other way to suggest something to Niantic than to write here?
