Battle beacon epiphany dawn not counted

I placed ten battle beacons, only I interact with them and win the ten battles and the event counter mark 9, when deploying the battle beacons one mark and error but it was showing in the portal and was discounted of my inventory I wonder is that's the one that's not counted but in the alters tab shows the ten wins and because of that I don't have my medal
