Happy to hear that your problem was resolved because I also encountered the same problem.
I only checked the count yesterday since I had finished the 6th mission just a couple of minutes short to midnight, and found that there were counts missing! OMG.

Got this same error, created a ticket at support, but got ignored and did not get any info about resolution.
I also created a ticket and I eventually did get this resolved. Got an extra badge tick toward the end of October.
