This is floating bug seems few months(or maybe more). Sometimes back button helps,sometimes "press on some portal to open view then close it". Also it can lead to screen with blank portal image on agent avatar place,in this case screen usually stop responding (restart needed). Rare cases of overlay was (in past) hack output window on glyph screen or main comm log on glyph screen. Happens after some active gameplay,but can't predict when exactly. Faced that on Pixel 2,Nexus 5,TpLink Neffos C7s,Samsung A7-2016 and A5-2016,Redmi 9,current Motorola one power so this is not related to specific build or Android version or *32/*64. Unfortunately haven't logged what exactly happens,'cos all the times bug happens when actively destroying so no time to stop xD
yeah that happens sometimes, the UI overlays over another.
