Mission doesnt start

So I'm doing a banner and at the end of it, everytime I try to start a new mission, nothing happens. I can go back and do other stuff, but I can't start the mission

    Clear cache/data.

    Otherwise, re-install.

    I did that already. I even re-installed it to my old Smartphone. But it has the same problem (both samsung).

    Is the previous mission still running?

    Can you bring up the list of missions?

    Another way to find missions is click on the first portal of a mission and click the mission icon in the top left.

    If you look at the mission list an aweful lot, there is a cooldown. I've never seen it when doing a banner... maybe it only kicks in if you just look at the missions list without doing a mission. It reports an error message when this happens.
