Kinetic Capsule doesn't work

Dear Niantic,

My Knetic Capsule doesn’t work anymore.Samsung Note lite.

my ingame name is molamolamolala.

I have already tried reinstalling the game, but it doesn’t work for me. 

My phone model is : Samsung note lite 10

please fix it for me
