@Binah the error message you're seeing is a Google Play payment issue, so not something our Ingress team can help with directly. I did see that other non-Ingress players are also reporting this error code, and Google Play Support is directing users to this help article:
From some issue reports and reddit threads, it seems like this error message may also be used to indicate temporary errors on the Google Play side, so retrying your purchase later may also work. Thanks for your patience, and for letting us know.
