Kythera Counter not working and no points awarded

I purchased and deployed 10 battle beacons during the deployment time of 1430-1730 local time and interacted with all ten beacons during the specified time frames on multiple interactions with each beacon. I only received 3points and no badge. I spend money to support the game and this not good for a valued member of the ingress community. Please either credit my account or award the badge and points thank you much appreciated

I did the procedure with 10 battle beacons, however the count stopped at 8 and the medal did not go to the profile. What's to be done?
