Is the inability to use faction names in group names an intended change?

Currently, it is not possible to create a group if the group name contains the words "Resistance" or "Enlightened".

Is there a reason for this change?

I would be happy to be able to use it again because it is honestly very inconvenient.

I wish for further development of the Niantic Social.
