Failed to change faction after recurse

in Report a Bug
i just recursed yesteday, and i wanted to change faction..
after waiting for 4 hours, the recurse begin and i choose to become a resistance. i already press the resistance and after it finished yet i still in the enlightened. ( im very sure that i choose the resistance side)
after that i decided to report this in the game report, they have received my complain, but no update until now..
can you help me solve this.. thanks
