Did not receive a field kit when leveling up

I leveled up to 15 on 2022-03-05 around 10:24 AM

and was displayed with a field kit but I did not get anything new in my inventory.

    Anybody know where you can get a definitive list of what's in the level up field kits? I assumed the ingress wiki on fandom was accurate, but I just levelled up from 9 to 10 and there is no sign of a capsule, although I got some resonators, bursters, cubes, and heat sinks. I was in transit and couldn't see the screen for what it supplied, and there's no journal to check against. Don't want to report a bug if I'm not supposed to get a capsule, so just looking for a good reference... Thx!
