C.O.R.E subscription anniversary - Mail not received
A lot of agents are reporting that are CoRE subscribers for 13 months, like me, and didn't receive the e mail niantic send some hours ago. Is there any explanation for it or just delay maybe? Or did the freshman screwed up again? 😂😢😢

Do you have the 'Send me events, offers, and updates' option ticked off for Email under settings?
If you do, Niantic will not send you emails.
So many months paying since I started this subscription, and it hasn't arrived so I have blocked the emails, it doesn't seem fair. That is not why they can deprive us of benefits for which we pay.
Niantic is respecting your wishes by not emailing you. That's what that flag indicates people asked for.
When they send ONE actual E-Mail you might want - and millions of E-Mails that you don't, of course the person who is tired of endless SPAM will click that box (Or NOT click it) - BTW: My 13th Renewal was way back on the 9th of February.

is it just for the active core? I had a 13-month subscription, but I canceled it, should it come to me too?
I don't plan to reactivate the core ... at least not on the condition that niantic doesn't listen to the player.

I don't receive the mail of the HAPPY C.O.R.E.-VERSARY! with the code.
I paid the CORE for 13 months and I have always active the option "Send me events, offers, and updates".
I haven't received my CORE subscription code yet.
All those that didn't receive their passcode, and do have email notifications enabled, are advised to send in a support ticket.
I've done this myself, just waiting for a response.

I didn’t receive the Happy C.O.R.E.- VERSARY email either. And I’m a CORE subscriber from the beginning.
Llevo desde el principio con la suscripción y no he recibido ningún correo con código del CORE.
Niantic llevo 9 meses suscripto al C.O.R.E y no me llego el mensaje de aniversario , solucionen el error.
I have gotten the Toast email, the Investigate Kureze Effect Phase 2, and Happy Ingress Valentine's, but not the CORE bonus code email. I'm looking at the "All Mail" filter in gmail, which should get any recent spam, but to double check, my spam folder itself is empty(anything past 30 days is auto-deleted).
Please advise.

Same situation here. Offers box ticked. I have received the toast, Kureze and valentine's emails in the last few weeks. No email received.
