The Heart of Waukesha
On November 21, 2021, the driver of an SUV killed six people and injured 62 others at the annual Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Sarah Kooiman developed some art featuring a broken heart and the word Waukesha on it. This XFac art operation was inspired by Sarah's "heartfelt" artwork.

On December 7 at 6:30 PM, we met up to
* distribute keys
* assign agents to clean up new blockers
* manage staffing contingencies (thank you Beerenauslese!)
* review assignments
* and GO!
The broken heart was created and we met up after to review the results over adult beverages.
