Quick recharge ALL recharges sometimes just one resonator

It happens quite often in last weeks that the button for quick recharge without selecting a single resonator (should recharge all at once) recharges only one resonator.
Time wasting, I think it isna bug.

Confirmed. I think it just occasionally enters that screen with a resonator selected, but I haven't been able to ascertain any particular circumstances under which it does this.
This problem does still exist with version 2.112.2.
Whenever I enter the recharge view and press the "Boost Charge All" button there is a chance only a single resonator is recharged instead of all. There is no visible selection. It only seems to happen sometimes on the first action after entering the view. I thought it might happen if you press the button too fast, but I have not been able to consistently reproduce this.
It can happen if you have recently deployed a resonator on a portal.
I can now confirm that behavior: after deploying a resonator the first "Boost Charge All" will always charge only one resonator, which is not the action the button indicates. Subsequent charges work as expected.
Still a problem with version 2.113.1.

This problem has existed for years. It's likely never going to be acknowledged by anyone at Niantic or fixed.

And together with the "Need More XM" bug quite annoying.

Pretty sure Niantic doesn't give a **** about this anymore.
Would be a great QoL fix though.
