Intel Ops in Montreal?

Still have no information about the XMAs. The only thing got alive is GORUCK. Since the price of the flight might go ridiculous. I should ask here to see if anyone know, will Montreal has intel ops or not? Since Niantic has Intel ops in Taiwan, I would imagine if they would find local company as well in Montreal? Maybe not?
