We straight and honest Players shouldn't have any problems.
I want to play the event and I cannot play because I am blocked from walking and doing km.

Its to prevent abuse i think. u can still play :) but not do more kinetics until next day sadly.
I took time off from work to play the Ingress event. But now I'm going home to rest as I can't play the event anymore.
That limit has always been there since Kcaps were introduced. It hasn't changed for the event. Good job on earning so many, but you'll have to take a break.
I think they also mentioned those 24h limits when announcing the details of the event. So it shouldn't have been new information when you ran into it.
I've had this error for 2 days now and I haven't even been going anywhere.
