Hello !

This Ingress account was created relatively shortly after Ingress was announced, and now I'd like to change the e-mail address associated with this account since I can no longer receive any new e-mails on it (due to the inbox being more than full - even though I did try to empty it and Google support was unable to fix it) it. Any idea on how to do so ?

It is actually possible, and it's also quite easy. Link your existing account to Facebook in the settings and log out. Then, log back in using Facebook, go to the settings again and unlink your Google account. Without closing the settings screen, link to a new Google account you created. You should be then able to log out again and log in using the new Google account.
