The map isn't display corretly when viewed remotely

When I open the portal's remote viewing mode through a key or through Alerts (or Activities), the map never shows up-to-date information about links and fields for the first time.
Usually I need to re-enter the remote view mode for the correct information about links and fields to be displayed.

This is a bug that's been going on for some time. Also often seen when using drones. Only solution is to leave and return to your drone view.
Yes, and also there's hardly any game state shown when recharging a portal via a key.
This video illustrates the defect. It's easily reproducible any time there are links and fields around the remote portal.
