It's 1943, with the United States fully involved with the war, Naval funded researcher Dr. Olivia Lyntone and her compatriot professor Duane Wulff are set to test a new system installed on the USS Eldritch that they believe will provide a key advantage to the Naval war effort. Tasked with delivering the fuel for this experimental system, a group of NIA agents deliver the fuel to the Philadelphia Naval shipyard and prepare to leave when this experimental system quickly activates...
