I have a feeling you are getting things mixed up. There is a virtual event that everyone can take part in. If you glyph hack during the event you will get the NL-1331 Meetup badge (or one more count on it if you already have it).
If you want the packet of swag, you need to order it from the store, in which case they will have your shipping address.
