Issue with Niantic Wayfarers from last 2 days in India

From last 2 days we are facing some issues with Niantic wayfarers site, screenshots are attached as well. The issue is that after reviewing 1 or 2 wayspot candidates it's not loading further nominations and the screen that pops up is shown in the attached file.
Please look into the issue at the earliest as the pace of wayspots accepted has been halted due to the issue.
