[Bug - 2.66.2] Camera Misplaced off Avatar after Level up.

I hit level 14, and took a screenshot. On returning to the game after that view, the camera was misplaced such that my Avatar was far too high up the screen.

Also, the Layer button is visible on the level up screen.
