Hi, i have a problem with the core suscription.
I buy it in feb 10, i was lvl 15, recursed 2 times.
Today my suscription was charged today, march 9, 1 day before agreed. And doesn't have to me any animation, item or CMU, only i keep inventory space, today i am lvl 8, recuersed 3 times. What happened?

Tomorrow you will receive the loadout for sure.
@Contrabando your original C.O.R.E. subscription hasn't expired yet, it is set to expire Mar 10, 2021 10:29:58 AM. After your Month 1 expires, then your Month 2 renewal rewards should happen. Google will issue a pending charge at least 1 day before your subscription expires to check that you have sufficient funds to pay for your renewal.
I have problem
with my c.o.r.e. As well... payment was take and subscription was renewed but didnt get the bounus items plus lost the extra 500 space and lots the tourch icon as well.. tried all sorts stuff including log out and in several times.. turn phone off and on, deleted app and reinstall.. clearwd cash a few times and still nothing. What do i do ? Who do i ask to help? Have a message into niantic support from game page but nothing still

Buenas tardes, soy el agente dilevaxp de la Resistencia Lima-Perú y me ha surgido un pequeño problema con el Core y es que me ha sido descontado de mi tarjeta y de los únicos beneficios que se me han mantenido es los 500 de espacio extra, pero no me han dado los 7000 de CMU, 4 APEx y el fracker que venían con la suscripción.
Mi suscripción se renovó ayer 9 de marzo

Did you buy your first month of the subscription on February 9th, or on the 10th? Google can charge the amount up to a full day before the actual renewal. Also note that the actual renewal won't happen the second the clock strikes midnight, but at the exact time you bought the subscription as well. My time for renewal is 17:17 UTC, for example.

I have an active subscription and the amount corresponding to the month of March has already been debited from my card but I still do not have the benefits, hopefully this can be resolved soon since I see that I am not the only affected agent so it only remains to be patient and wait for it niantic fix the problems.

@dilevaxp @atenapalas your reports sound similar to the OP, where your subscription is set to auto renew at Mar 10, 2021 5:20:48 PM and Mar 10, 2021 4:21:45 PM respectively, which hasn't happened yet.

If I get it right My subscription should have ended today, got a message about failed renewal yesterday at 16-ish. Fixed that and the payment for the next month was reserved at my bankaccount yesterday
interessting that there is no overlap since my core-benefits vanished early this morning

@NianticBrian I have exactly the same problem! I was taken off my subscription yesterday but the game doesn't consider me a subscriber anymore and I didn't get my monthly pack.
I opened a ticket with the support.

@XaviDarker93 I believe the 0.60 is most likely a value-added tax (VAT) or a goods and services tax (GST), depending on your local tax laws and Google Play Store. What country are you in?

I have a core suscription that is set on auto renewal each month. Subscription renewed this month but I lost my core suscription as well as my additional 500 item storage.
