Wayfarer result is inconsistent

This morning, I've received a rejection email for a a proposition:

And in my proposition on Wayfarer site, I got an accepted proposition:

This is the same proposition, no duplicate.

Please advice

It's strange, I just realized that the same thing happened to me with a previous proposal, thank you very much for sharing it.
