2.59.2 - Portal Level Change Indicator stops working after cubing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open up a portal, with at least handful of resonators missing, that you can affect the level of.
2. Open the Deploy screen. The level change for the next resonator deployed will be displayed properly.
3. Deploy one or more Resonators to make the level change.
4. Hit the + for the Cube menu
5. Use a Cube to recharge energy.
6. Close the Cube menu.
7. Deploy more resonators.

At this point, the stats box stops changing, the level doesn't increase and a P6 can be fully deployed while the box says "L2".
