Allow players to select the level of items to use in the Kinetic Capsule

I would very much like to have an opportunity to select the level of items (XMPs, resonators) to use in the Kinetic Capsule. It is very tedious to have to hide my resonators in capsules each time I start a Kinetic Capsule.
