The cutting line bottom of this seems can't cut by scissor or cutterknife. I think it is craft punch that shaped some alphabets.
what if these shapes of alphabets mean some words...??
I was thinking the folded piece of paper and the cuts were made when the page was folded but apparently not with media showing up in the network now.

You're laying down a cutting mat to show the contents of the envelope.
If you're working with a craft punch, you can easily do it on the cutting mat.
This is why I believe that you may have created the letter itself.

Curious about the other numbers and letters hidden in there. Any good res solving groups I can join?
They're always fully redeemed. I believe there is a group (at least one) always solve this kind of stuff in the first 5 minutes and share to their whole team and it ends. It should give a chance to every player, even the slowpokes to solve on their own and get something.
That makes that puzzles really unappealing if you're didn't see it in the first minutes.

I'm going to throw this out there as I have in the essex chat once the full image was revealed.
The way the words are written up until the 30th sound like some one trying to find the right word or trying to tell us something. It also reads a lot like how Edgar would speak to us from time to time in Essex and since the running theory is that he is part of requiem, he hasn't been heard from hardly at all since we crossed over to osiris, and most definitely seems to be missing since the tessellation, I'm inclined to think this may have been from edgar. If not him possibly Requiem.
What the full image does is bring a lot of questions up. Its obvious there's a message they were trying to get out or sort out in themselves before the tuning of the tessellation. Who ever it is, they couldn't get it clearly and we obviously didn't get it til after the fact. The message was obviously important, and who ever sent it wants it figured out.
