My problem but with random tags

Hey, I'm gonna tell you my story (now with random tags)

I got been banned once last year for a week (I had 331 on sojourner) and after I got unbanned I got permanently banned. I got banned twice for no reason: they told me it was for using third party software. I had tried to tell them my issues but they always reply my with the same answer: "We are working on it, we'll tell you shortly".

I think 5 months is not shortly. That's the only way I haven't tried to get my account back. It was a level 10 account with 3 gold event medals. Not easy to get. I don't know how this system works, but please, do as much as you can do to solve my problems.
