Have you tried force closing or reinstalling the app and see if you're able to pick your Resonators up? If this doesn't work for you or the trouble is continual, please write to us inapp to help us dig deeper into your issue.

I am having the same issues. And getting nowhere
I had the same problem in any phone. In game mi tickets are closed no reason, and no answer...
This usually happens when I am speed locked especially when you have the one tap option enabled.
