Agents Active?

Hi,

I am writing this post for a friend of a friend. Are there any agents active near Dehradun, India ?

Since there are only a few portals with small to no activity in that area when i checked Intel map.

But my friend have asked if there are any players around that area to build up a community, it would be great.
