I researched The Paragon medal design
It all seems to be related to the obtained portal of TESSERA

Real world medals
There are still some mysteries left to be solved.
I'd like to continue the investigation.

The Dreamer returned from the Valley of the Dead, the secret to the equation in her grasp. It was she who first informed Nemesis of the Tesselation.

The design of this medal suggests a lot of things.
According to @tam555 's investigation, the left side, which is tinted green, is in the Western Hemisphere and the right side, which is tinted blue, is in the Eastern Hemisphere.
This is consistent with the following revealed at ingression Day 26 Chi
The Shapers claimed domination over the west, and The East went to the N'Zeer.
There are also 13 stars in the lower part of the image, which seems to indicate the Osiris Magnus.
Currently, the researchers belong to 6 Enlightened, 6 Resistance, 1 Neutral(Calvin).
Looking at the medal design, there are six on the green side, six on the blue side, and one in the middle. It is consistent with the researcher's faction.
Like the silhouette at the top, at first I thought they were all just designs with no intention. But upon investigation, there are a lot of interesting things!

Some other points:
All the place in the left (green, west) side (1-6) are on the Western Hemisphere while all in right (8-13) are on the Eastern Hemisphere.
the tessera dropped in CERN(7,in the middle) is "Who Kil - led Ezekiel Calvin"(the star in the middle may refer to unaligned Calvin).
Also note:
The left side is Cosecha Verde and right side is Darsana Combine. CERN is in the middle.
So is this complete or this black spot is something missing or not? 🤔
I'd say it's part of the bushes at the bottom 😄

The Paragon medal? You’re way too late, my friend. It required above-and-beyond participation in the Tessellation event. The medals have already been pushed to the qualified agents and are not being pushed again. I’m sorry but you’re out of luck.
